Refund & Return Policy

At Fan Floor, every football rug is made with care and attention to detail. Because each rug is produced specifically for your selected team and size, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once we review your claim, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Returns

We only accept returns for items that arrive damaged. We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Personal preference

  • Minor variations in wood grain, resin patterns, or color, as each board is handmade and one of a kind

Return Window

Eligible damaged items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after 30 days may not be eligible for a replacement.
