All of our Fan Floor football rugs are made with attention to detail, and slight variations in printing, colors, sizing, and small design details may occur between rugs. These minor variations are normal and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to accurately display our rug designs and team colors, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, lighting, or the final printed material.

3. Orders

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.

5. Shipping

Processing and shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, holidays, or shipping carrier delays.

Fan Floor is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
